Jacked-Up Cucumber Salad

Leftover Little Cucumber Salad
4 large slices of turkey
Handful of arugula

Instuctions

Rip up the turkey and toss in the arugula. Shake and serve.

Little Cucumber Salad

1 seedless cucumber, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 avocado

Instuctions

Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss lightly.

Mango Super Shake

It looks horrible but it tastes delicious!

1 Mango
3 tablespoons non-fat greek yogurt
4 tablespoons hemp protein
1 tablespoon flax meal
6 ice cubes

Instructions

Blend the hell out of it and serve.

Avocado Burgers

1lb Extra Lean Ground Beef (like a 96/4)
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
1/2 avocado

Instructions

Dice the onion and garlic. Mix with ground beef in large bowl until integrated. Season with salt and pepper. Make 2 patties. Place patties on George Foreman Grill for 8 minutes on medium-high. Slice avocado and place on 2 finished patties to serve.

Mixed Berry Super Shake

This is for the 3 hours after a workout

2 scoops vanilla protein powder
3 tablespoons non-fat greek yogurt
1 tablespoon greens+
1 tablespoon flax meal
3 tablespoons ground oatmeal
1 cup of frozen mixed berries.
