The Daily Habits

 

  1. Plank 3-4 times a day, for as long as you can.
  2. Run around your block twice as fast as you can. Add one more lap every week or 2.
  3. Do "The Five + 1" once a day.

The Five + 1

Go through this list of exercises 3-5 times, depending on how you feel.

 

Perform 10 hinges. Just go over to a wall and touch it with your butt. Come all the way back up!

Perform 2-3 squats. Grab something heavy and go all the way down!

Do 1-2 suitcase carries. Just grab something heavy and go "pretty far" switch sides, then come back.

 

Perform 1 Get Up per side, without weight!!!
