Eggs with Broccoli and Pesto

2 Omega-3 Eggs
2 cups of egg whites
1 cup broccoli
3/4 cup pesto

Cheesy Egg Salad

1 whole omega-3 egg

1 cup egg whites

Salt

Pepper

A handful of arugula

A bunch of cherry tomatoes

8 year-old wisconsin chedder

Instructions

Scramble the eggs. Plate. Cover with arugula and tomatoes. Grate cheese on top.

Side Salad

1 Cucumber

A bunch of cherry tomatoes

An avocado

A bunch of spinach

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Instructions

Combine into a salad.

Coconut Cauliflower

9 cups of cauliflower florets

3/4 cups of coconut milk

3/4 cup of crushed cashews

Salt

Pepper

Lots of Cinnamon

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a big hot on medium-high heat. Once the coconut milk boils, quickly reduce the heat to a simmer for 15 minutes, or until the florets are soft to the tooth.  This makes a lot because you will eat a lot of it.

Chicken Sausage with Spinach

5 Chicken sausage

Spinach

Instuctions

Chop the chicken sausages into bite sized pieces. Cook in non-stick skillet. When sausages are done, remove and add spinach. Salt spinach and cook down until wilted. Serve on top of sausages.
