This is Stevo. He's a fitness nerd and very goal oriented. For 25 years, his goal seemed to be dying of heart failure before the age of 30. Luckily for you, in March of 2008 he got a different goal: not being a fat-ass anymore. 292 days later, with the help of Steve Grubbs, he was 60 lbs lighter. Oh, and he ran the Las Vegas Marathon that day. His time was terrible, but that's because he foolishly ran it with only 42 days of preparation (don't do that).
Having done all that, he decided that he wanted to get a perfect score on the United States Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test. For those of you not in the know, that's 100 crunches in 2 minutes, 20 pull-ups, and a 3 mile run in under 18 minutes. He did that in September of 2009. Along the way he applied all of his nerd skills to learning about fitness, helped a lot of fellow Marine Officer Candidates get prepared for OCS, and thought, "Hey, I'm pretty good at this; and it sure beats working for living." So after passing the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist exam and becoming one of only 1,500 people certified by the RKC to teach kettlebells, he decided to spread his love of sweat to the masses. Don't you feel lucky?
The point is, Stevo is good with goals. And he can help you meet yours. Just click the button and prepare for the awesomeness.
